1. Your live chat is not working and you are all working remotely so we cannot call you. How are we supposed to contact you to resolve our issues?
2. I called TPG to set up my internet on 23th February and I am still without internet. I need to work remotely because our offices are all closed. I have told TPG this and yet I still have no internet. I was told that I would be contacted about NBN coming to install my internet yet I have still not heard back. I contacted NBN directly and they said they could not help me and I needed to speak to TPG, but you are uncontactable(!?). I have had no other choice but to lodge a complaint with the TIO. Please can someone contact me to sort this out ASAP. It is absolutely ridiculous.
