NBN FTTH issue - no internet for days

Hi All,

NBN has been connected fine for a while now… all of a sudden, last couple of days it has been dead (see screenshot attached)… there are no outages and I’ve reset the modem a million times with no success… I checked the nbn box near the FTTH box and the uni-d-2 port that we are using through TPG has no indicator light … is there any advice or checks that can be done?
