Get online support
Everyday I called TPG support and ask when my NBN installation completed. They said from 2 to 30 days. When I call TPG for connection. TPG sale team said the installation from 1 to 48 hrs. Very frustrated. It's nearly 2 weeks since I connected with TPG. I swear with GOD I never recommend anyone to connect with TPG.

Yes. Modem and NBN black box is already connected and power on. Since last week.
