Hi,
Can someone look into my issue. No NBN since the day I moved on 3Jul2020.
Contacted TPG on 6Jul2020 and requested a NCD (Modem) and been advised that it will be delivered in the in the same week and NBN will be activated by then.
Contacted TPG again on 8Jul2020 again about this matter and been advised to wait for another 48hours.
Contacted TPG (02 8960 9801) again on 13Jul2020 at 959am again about this matter and been advised again for another 48hours.
Contacted TPG (02 8960 9801) again TODAY 15Jul2020 916am about this matter.
Can someone look into this matter urgently?
I am very frustrated about the whole process and I will lodge an official compliant to https://www.tio.com.au/
