Hey there,

 

I am currently encountering what seems to be a common problem that I have not seen a complete fix posted for.

On Monday our household recieved our FTTC NCD and modem package. The following day we recieved the text message asking us to complete the setup. I removed the line splitter and existing ADSL and telephone. I then connect the NCD and modem as instructed. It has been connected for almost 48 hours, yet all I can get is a solid blue power light, and an occasionally blinking blue secondary light. The LAN and DSL lights have never come on.

 

What is currently required to progress? We work from home (like many people currently), and handle the transfer of large files that are not suitable for mobile data beyond a day or two.
