NBN Installation

Hi there, I was meant to have a technician come to install the NBN tomorrow midday but you guys have cancelled it for no reason. Could you let me know what is going on? I am massively confused as to what the status on my installation is. 

 

I've called up 1300 023 575, waited for an hour and the person that answered decided to hang up on me and didn't call back to follow up.
