NBN Outage in Carindale, Qld - since Monday 13th- Is anyone else experincing this problem?

We don't provide compensation for outage or maintenance which is needed to make sure that the network infrastructure is working properly and to avoid major issues.

7. SERVICE FAULTS

  1. 7.1. While we will endeavour to make NBN Access services available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, NBN Access services are not fault free and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, or the speed, performance or quality of the service.
  2. 7.2. There are many factors outside of our control that may affect NBN services, such as the performance of third party suppliers and equipment, force majeure events and your hardware and software configuration.
  3. 7.3. We reserve the right to perform maintenance work from time to time, which may temporarily interrupt your access to the service. Where possible, we will perform this work during non-peak times.

i am just new to the community. but interesting to note that we in victoria suffer the same fate. since we signed up to nbn in july, the internet has spent more time down than up. we get different stories but its always the same outcome, down for a day, up for a day, down for 3 up for a day. Most recent this month its been down 7 days since the start of the month. Then you spend an average of 1 hr each time you call going through the process....anyone else having this trouble? Whats the opinion out there of the service?
