NBN cut off

I have been connected to the NBN for at least 2 years with no complaints.  On Wednesday 2  NBN trucks were in our road and 2 men were working on the cable pit boxes.  Our NBN/Internet then went off the air.

I went out the front and spoke to the men who realised that they had cut me off and said they would reconnect me.  We wern't reconected and they left.

I have been trying for 2 days to contact TPG by sending them "Help desk" emails but with no response other that the automatic return email.

All I need is the NBN team to come back and fix the problem.

Can anybody help me?
