I recieved a new TPG rouder last week and was told i would also get an NBN connection box as I don't have one and I am a new customer

Why has my NBN connection box not arrived?

You were advised that an NBN technician has been booked to install a new NBN NTD box.

Further updates will be given by your case manager as soon as it becomes available.
