Hi I received our modem for our nbn but did not get our NCD? Is the technician bringing one when installing? 🙄

Has been sorted out via customer service thank you!
I rang this morning and the address has been already connected to nbn and the previous tenants took the NCD with them, NBN will send a new one in the next couple of days... 🙂
