Get online support
I had my connection upgraded from ADSLto NBN and it went smoothly.
I was checking my router wifi settings and checked the 'Hide WiFi name' box for both the standard and 5G wifi connections and hit save.
This killedmy connection and I have not been able to restore it.
Tried ringing support and they said they are too busy and hung up on me.
I have tried turning the modem off and resetting it (with a pin) and it hasnt worked.
When I go to http://tplinkmodem.net I get a 'Trying to configure your modem' page (see attached screen shot).
I have downloaded the app but this is just a simple guide and doesnt really do anything.
Really need this up by Thursday because we a doing a dry 'work from home' run.
