Hi @leeway10 . Can you try manual configuration of router.

@leeway10 . What model router do you have?

Can you check the ip address your wifi device has been given?

(Android, in Settings, tap the wifi connection to see ip address and wifi speed.

Apple should have similar function?)

Expecting it to be 192.168.1. something.
