cable error 8180 has returned

NBN co attended this fault last week. We are now getting the same error and the internet is out most of the time. No outages reported from NBN. I think we need the NBN to come back out to our porperty/street

We've tested the line and detected multiple connection dropouts.

We'll raise this with our Engineering team for further investigation and in order to request for another NBN technician if needed.
