Hi, I received nbn modem but there is no connection box in the unit. i have the coaxial port on the wall.
can you please send the connection box urgently or if it is shipped provide a status

NBN Co tagged your address as Service class 24, which means that the NBN NTD box should already be available. If it's missing, we'll raise this with our NBN Provisioning team and have a case manager call you tomorrow to discuss this further.
They may request for an NBN technician to visit the site in order to install a new NBN NTD box.
