Did not receive sim

I ordered a SIM more than a week ago and I received a message saying it was shipped on 09/10/01. However, I did not receive it and I am stuck waiting for it.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and we apologise if you did not receive the SIM card that we've sent.

We'll raise this with our Mobile support team and have them to assess the case and resend a new one. It will take within 2 to 3 working days within Metro areas and 3 to 5 working days in Rural areas.

Our Mobile team tried to call you today to no avail. They've sent you an SMS which you can reply for them to try again.
