Mobile Data Barred

My data has been barred due to insufficient prepaid balance. The monthly billing period ends 5th of November and it is currently the 6th. I have paid $10 into my prepaid balance but my data is still barred and the 1GB extra data block has been added to the aforementioned billing period even though it's supposed to have ended. Please help me... My TPG cyberstore account username is xxxxxx

I was able to locate your account using your given details and ran initial test. The test result shows a record of Mobile Data Access today 2018-11-07 17:06:37.
