I placed an autoreply 2 weeks ago on my emails. I've since turned it off, and it's still autoreplying.
I've even tried changing the message, however the original message still keeps auto replying.

After pulling up your account using your community details, I'm able to find a record wherein you have raised this same concern to our Helpdesk yesterday. This was escalated to our Postmaster for assistance.
I checked with our Postmaster and after making adjustments, the issue should be resolved at this stage. Can you test and let us know how it goes?
