I change my plan to day from ADSL to NBN quickely I receive an SMS to confirm installation time.  I reply "No" to reject the time and in the SMS TPG mention will call me.

 

However I check my e-mail this evening, your company confirm my time which was sent 8 mins after my SMS reply.

 

I called to TPG technical support around 6.45pm, they said they can arrange it and forward me to the relate area but I got tansferred to the team which is closed at 6.pm and got disconncted.  Then I call again another technical support said I need to call back tomorrow.

 

I do not understand the purpose of the SMS.  Even I rejected the arrangement, TPG still treat it as accepted.  TPG support is hopeless and I would like to cancel service from them.

The SMS was an automated message from the system when we received your Plan Upgrada via online. We're able to locate your account using your community details and we've seen that you have been in contact with our Account Specialists Team to arrange a call from our Provisioning Team for tomorrow to discuss the cancellation of the request. Make sure to keep your mobile phone for the incoming call, expect a ring between 10-12NN AEDST,
