Booked in for a home move 2 weeks ago which received a confirmation email. Been unable to contact TPG via phone, online support since then.. When I have managed to get through via online support I keep getting disconnected by operator online.
No phone calls being taken by call centre.
I have tried for a week and a half to get some assistance, been treated like crap so I thought id sign up as a new customer 4 MINUTES it took for a sales person to call me.. 4 minutes... Then when transfered me and ive been on hold for the last 40 minutes. Wont help existing clients will help themselves to new clients..
