How do I talk to someone to connect nbn. They just told me I don’t have nbn so set up adsl but there is nbn here. Also want to cancel my old account at previous address.

Please have someone call me. Sick and tired of trying. 1hr 48mins x 1 phone call. 6hrs 15 mins yes you read it right 6 hrs + then time on the internet trying to live chat unsuccessfully 45 min. Enough is enough. Call me 0413131875 Debra Franklin
