our records show team members try to call you six times, but it goes to voice mail with one ring
it seems you divert your calls to voice mail.

Hi again,

 

After our chat today the internet has completely gone down. Not working at all.

 

I got a new modem and it tells me that there is no internet signal at all. Which makes sense.

 

NBN box is working ok.

 

It would seem there is a problem with the service. If so, we will cancel without penalty based on the court order from 2017/2018 and the ACCC's ruling to ISP's on this.

 

Please advise if you can view this on your side. This has gone on over a week now and cannot continue anymore. We are paying for it and getting nothing.

 

The NBN test on Wednesday showed a very strong signal, I viewed the testing device as I can read it.

 

Please let me know asap. Thanks.

And again, it's off. No service coming in at 11:02PM 170420.

 

I have a video that shows it clearly.

 

I received a txt that NBN will be out Monday. This is the sixth (6th) technician and still not resolved.

This is a waste of time. It's not the NBN as proven two days ago now.

I have seen the test data and I understand it technically to know what is happening.

 

Over 1 week no internet. We will cancel and not be penalised as that is illegal.

I can and will provide the ACCC legal ruling from 2017/18 on this as I have the case files and judgment ruling.

 

My bank has also been advised if TPG tries to charge us it is a fraudulent charge and will be flagged as so at a federal level.

 

I'm done wasting my time with this. This is the last time.

Internet was on this morning at 07:30AM.

 

It then went off approx 30 mins later. NBN box also restarted itself.

 

It's now working again at 09:00AM. 

 

This should not be happening. We have an NBN tech coming again on Monday.
