After install NBN, the internet has experienced connections problem, always on and off, sometimes no signal at all. Last Friday, it had been totally off, we have no internet for a week already. I called TPG several times, it semms to be esclate urgent, however, no techinical come to my house to check. It is a terrible service and we are really dispointing about the answer and feedback.
