I'm getting average 6-10MBit, occasionally 20MBit even on wired connection at the moment! I understand the network is under strain from COVID-19 traffic, but I can't be paying for a 100Mbit connection if I'm not even getting half of that...   Yes, I know it's average speeds of 80MBit or so, but I'm still not even in that ballpark.   Have been trying chat all day, but can't even get access to speak to anyone.
