Hi, I finally received my NCD this morning. I have connected everything as the instructions have stated, and so far have solid blue lights on the NCD (Lan sometimes blinks), but NO internet light. This a brand new NBN connection to the property but as we are a household of 3 people working from home, the internet is vital right now. I also received the "connected your router" text Tuesday. Have tried chatting to online help on the TPG website, but can't get through. Any advice anyone?

Thanks for putting the info out there! Been stressing about the same thing. Odd they wouldn't do this as you can do self installs now with an NCD and router.

Hi, I received my router in the post, but no NCD box with it. I thought they would come together, does this mean we need a technician to attend our property?
