I was told when I signed with you guys that I'd be sent an invoice via email prior to getting billed. Did not get the email, thus didn't transfer in enough money into my account, which led to me being overdrawn and then charged by my bank ($15!!!! That's like 17% of my wifi expense!!!! Thanks TPG!!!). I can't even be bothered questioning if you guys would help pay what I've been charged, but please just clarify if there's anyway I can get the bill via email.
