On Monday our power was off for the day as a new pole was installed. After returning to power my wi-fi isn't working. I don't know if it is a co-incidence with power being off. I have unplugged all land line, NBN and modem and started everything but no change. The "Connection" icon on the NBN device is solid red. Is this a NBN problem or a TPG problem? Who should I contact if it is NBN? I have rung TPG support and they are referring to NBN technician. They will get back to me tomorrow.
