Our internet connection would stop working almost every night between 7pm - 11pm for the past few months. We have been paying for nothing. It is extremely disstressing having to constantly call up when internet doesn't work to get it fixed. We would then receive a message a few days later that internet is working again however it's only for a limited time. Would love for this to stop as i'm at the point now of switching providers. Everyone i've spoken to have said they experienced the same thing with TPG. I think its time for you to escalate this issue further so it's not constantly reoccuring otherwise you will be loosing loyal customers.
