Hi @u3962521, TPG do not throttle the connection speed on both download and upload. There are many factors causing slow connection speed that includes type/source of conte.t being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, the number of users simultaneously using the network and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by TPG. I've repeated ask why and ask they stop and they refuse to admit but it's clear on the internet speed test that I am immediately throttled on upload. I initially was on the 25/5 plan and they were cheating me. Giving me 10 Mbps/1 for download and upload. Then they said put me onto the 50/10 plan and I get 25/2-4 Mbps for download and upload.
