I'm aware of some 3rd party apps that you can install on both Android and Iphone smart phones. Never really used one myself, however they seem easy enough to use and plenty of reviews about them. Pop the following phrase into google "blocking calls based on prefix?" and there are a bunch of really interesting articles and solutions that may be suitable for u to try. Hope this helps.

Every location or address will be assessed by NBN Co and will be given a 'Service Class' that will identify if a certain address is: Serviceable Needs a technician to install the lead-in, DPU cut-in, installs NCD Needs a technician to install the DPU and NCD (lead-in already in-place) For remote activation (Equipments are installed) In your case, there will be an appointment for an NBN technician that will install the lead-in cable and your attendance or someone that is 18 yrs old above is required. The status or progression of your order will be given via Email or you may contact our NBN provisioning team for real time support (1300 993 012). Regards, BasilDV

NBN50 plans have a maximum upload speed of 20mbps, so the upload speeds u are getting look great also. If upload speed is something u need more of, then the NBN100 plan which offers up to 40mbps upload speeds could be an option. Hope that Helps DB

When I got NBN the Tech tested my line speed and said you should be able to pull down 14 Mbps, I pull 11Mbps when it's not the evening, my speed drops back to almost dialup speeds!!

Have you logged into your TPG MYAccount to view your internet sessions. This will give you an idea on when your data is being utilised the most.

TPG has launched the Unlimited Fast NBN50 speed plan this week for $69.99 per month. If you are an existing customer you can easily change plans by logging into My Account or calling their Change of Plan Team on 131423. The NBN50 speed plan is offered at the same price point of their discontinued Unlimited Boost Speed Plan which was configured on the NBN25 equivalant speed tier. For those on the Standard NBN12 or older Boost speed plans, I would definetely recommend giving the NBN50 speed plan a go. Heaps faster speeds for only $10 more a month.

Hi @Suprintamu, If the modem provided by DODO is not locked with them, then yes, it should work. We just need to change the configuration of your modem with your new TPG account information. Once the ADSL2+ is installed, our tech team can guide you with set up to make the internet work with your current modem. Regards,

Hi @annajackson, Welcome to TPG Community! @DB is correct. The modem/routers that we are providing our customers are pre-configured and you just need to connect it to its designated port. If you wish to change the settings on your modem (such as WiFi name and password, etc.), you can do it wirelessly. You just need to connect to the current WiFi settings of your modem/router, then access the modem's interface. Try this link. Kind regards,
