Being charged an additional month after requesting my service termination

On 15/3/24 I called support to terminate my service. My service was prepaid for the period 17/3/24 - 16/4/24 so I requested the service to stop on the 16/4/24, which satisfy the 30 day notice I needed to provide.

The person handling my call assured me I would not be charged again but my cancellation letter show thats not the case!

Please correct this error asap thanks
