If you have mobile and internet account with TPG and you are trying to log into your mobile account with internet account credentials.
It won't work and it won't tell you reason and what to do, except an error " Something happend...
You need to login to mobile account with your primary mobile number if you have multiple numbers.
Internet account password too won't work. If you never logged to mobile account before there is no link how to register for mobile account. You can try " Forgot your password...
But Forget password link is not working due to some issue with security.." This site can't provide secure connection...
some how I got forgot password link working and manged to create mobile account pwd.
