Cancel my service

Hi TPG team, 

I would like to cancel my service after Nov 3rd. And I called your service number but no one answered my call after waiting for more than 40 minutes. I checked this community for help and filled out the online cancellation form but some kind people noticed that it can not work sometimes.

I can not reach out to anyone to pm on this community website. Please help me with that.
