Not receiving OTP, or password reset message

I have two mobile services willth TPG. I have tried twice to call TPG but cannot get much assistance because the system is not deliving a OTP to my phone number. I have tried two password resets and the phone agent tried twice to send an OTP to my phone but nothing comes through. The number receives other people's text messages just fine. How can I get into my account? The agent kindly let me update payment details without the OTP but one of my numbers still cannot make calls.
