Overcharged invoices

Hi guys,

I used to have a extra service purchased anuanlly under my home ADSL service for many years.

The extra service is called "Permanent Connection: 4 permanent IP addresses", TPG normally charges me $65 around middle of Dec every year.

Started from beginning of 2019, I have changed my home ADSL plan to NBN plan.

Under my NBN plan, there isn't any permanent IP adresses, but I still got charged $65 for 3 years since 2019.

Could you guys please rectify this overcharges for me ASAP?

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. Kindly send us screenshot of the TPG invoices for your IP packs including your customer ID, so we can conduct an investigation on your billing issue.
