cannot sign into my account cannot remember password

hi

can someone please help me. i am overseas and cannot remember my password to sign into my account so i can top up my accout to use my phone. Everytime i go to reset password it sends me asite to reset password but will not connect on phones internet.need to get into phone urgently so i can top it up to make some urgent calls.

any help will be greatlly appriciated

May we know the error message you are getting when you open the link to reset your password?

Are you using a WiFi or a mobile data connection?
