Get online support
We have had a relaible & stable service from TPG since first connected to NBN over 18 months ago.
Over the last 4 days there has been an increasing number of outages with the modem rebooting itself each time.
This has reached the point where the service is now unreliable.
Checked with both NBN and TPG - no outages or planned maintenance in the area.
Any sugegstions? What is the next step to resolve this issue?
