Internet frozen and not being able to test

The nbn internet is going in and out, I can't even watch Netflix. What can I do? I've tried to test the speed and it says connection has failed.

You can check for any outage or planned maintenance impacting your NBN service here. If there is no reported outage, you can try rebooting your modem to give it a quick refresh. If the issue persists, send us a private message with your account details and we can have a closer look at your connection.
