Same thing here, do you have NBN?

I've reset devices, got a new modem, checked my connections (besides the NBN line) and get constant disconnections. So would love to know if there is a solution.

I do find the app hasn't been connecting, says no modem and hasn't been able to test my speed since August 2022.
