I have an order in for a HFC installation for NBN service. I am changing over from a Telstra-de;ivered HFC NBN serice. I have ordered a new TPG modem but have a NBN box in place already. Will my installation be delayed due to NBN Box supply problems.
Hi peterfopp. In this particular setup since we have an NBN box already in place, once the modem is delivered our Provisioning Team may only require remote activation on our end for the service to work. Shoot us a PM with your account details so we can check the installation progress.
