Hi,
I have cancelled my Wireless service however still got charged $64.99 for it. I have requested over the phone multiple times about the email that should have the e-connote so the modem can be returned back. There seems to be no communication between the departments as its been over a week and still have not received email (nothing in spam/junk).
I am still waiting for the incorrect payment to be refunded and do not want to be charged for not returning the modem. Please help in escalating this issue as it is very frustrating having to call almost every day and getting nothing resolved.
