Service issue update makes no sense

Woke up with no internet connection did all the usual things checked for outages restarted all the gear.. still now dice only the power light on..

Called support they say they will look into it 1min after the call I get the below message that makes no sense...

My wife works from home so we need the internet to be working urgently!
