Unable to login into TPG App - 5G Broadband

Hi 

 

I have recently taken 5G home Broadband service. I am able to login to my acccount on my computer but not on the App.

 

Getting Error: TPG username or password that was entered is incorrect

 

Can someone help please

Welcome to the Community!

 

Currently not all products have been added to the My TPG app. We are working on supporting more products in the future. For now only the following products are supported:

  • 1. NBN
  • 2. TPG Fibre to the Building (FTTB)
  • 3. ADSL2+ Home Bundle

 

At the moment you may check the account related concern via TPG My Account.
