throttled speed have not been reset, Sep 2023

Hi,

My speeds are throttled for the Billing Period Ends on 20 Sep 2023. But now it is already 21st, and the peak & off-peak speeds are still throttled at 240kbps.

The speed reset usually happens automatically at 12 am AWST of 21st immediately. I have rebooted my modern and reconnected the DSL several times, but the speed is still throttled. So I think there is something wrong.

I have test speed for both wired ethernet and WiFi, still slow.

Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection?

If via WiFi only, are you able to test it via Wired for comparison?

 

If it's still slow, please send us a private message with your account details for further checking.
