VOIP - Unable to make external calls

Hi All,

 

Eversince I've had my router replaced with TP-Link Archer VR1600v from Huawei, I've never been able to make external calls. I have a dial tone but after dialling a number it won't connect instead, I hear a sharp tone.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @deebee 

 

I will arrange a engineer to call you back ASAP within 24hrs. Please have the new Archer 1600v modem's MAC address and SERIAL number ready to give to us so we can update the systems.

 

These numbers are written on the sticker on the bottom of the modem.
