Arris cm8200 dead after storm

The nbn router at our house has apparently ceased operating after an electrical storm today.  I have tested the power output of the power supply, which is fine.

 

No lights display at all.

 

How do I organise a replacement.?  TPG  support line suggests calling back in 24 hours!
