Gaming Latency Issues

Hi all. All of a sudden I have been experiencing high latency when playing Call of Duty Warzone. I’ve always had about 20ms but now consistently having up to 200ms. And seems like I’m being put in overseas servers - China and India etc. I’ve reset everything etc and still the same issues. I have a mate who is also with TPG who is experiencing the same too

What troubleshooting have you done so far? Send us PM with your TPG username or Customer ID as well screenshots of the ping and trace route tests.
