No internet

Hi, I have no internet since yesterday. Been calling technical support. No answer after long waits. Modem is showing a red light underneath. Restarted a few times. Still doesn’t work. Please need help ASAP. Affecting my work.

The 'no answer to help line after a long wait' is getting to be a common refrain. Needs to be fixed urgently IMHO, speaking as a long time TPG supporter.
