Hello. I recently noticed the wire to my house from the power pole was hanging low but today when I looked at it it looks like someone has noticed it and tied a knot on my end to tighten the wire. I've attached photos and I'm not certain this is safe so I rang TPG and they gave me a number to ring NBN for maintenance but nbn said that it's something my provider needs to sort out so I'm stumped on where to go from here.
