I’m not able to PM a moderator

I want to PM a moderator to cancel my 5g broadband subscription but when I click on a moderators account it does not let me PM them

Hi @ergunborhan, we've set a requirement where a new member must reach Level 2 to be able to send a PM. To reach this level, you just need to post or comment on a thread.

Having that said, you can now send us a private message, provide us with your account details and we can go from there.

Hi, am new to the community. Similar situation where I need to send a PM to moderators. Replying to this post to up my level.
