I got on the front foot and paid for the 90meg plan before the Covid19 hit. Why can i only get speeds, even off peak around the 25meg mark? Can i pay 1/4 of my bill, because that is all that you are offering me speed why and not what i am paying additional money for? I am happy to provide the speed test information for you over the past fortnight.

so i got onto the front foot and upgraded my internet to the 90meg plan .. and my speeds are no where near this. It did hit 92meg when we started a few weeks ago and it hasnt been close since. 8.5 meg - 15 mins ago. You are providing a service at 1/10 what was promosed - can i pay 1/10 of my bill next month? I get random speeds by no even the 42meg it promises in peak times.
